I am an empath and take on others problems. I am stressed over it and would like to know How to get rid of all this negative energy please

There are several different way to approach this. I am an emapth tooo (obviously :) ) and being in the positon you are in now is what caused me to start researching methods and tools to use to help me get though a regular day. I would start by doing a daily ritual of protection visualizations that include white light coverage. You can also do things like bathing in salt water to remove what is there, but what you really want to focus on is prevention in the first place with the visualization techniques. You can also crazy certain materials on your person to repel negative, or transmute it into a neutral or positive energy.

There are a number of techniques, tools, exercises to try. It’s really all about what works for you personally. I’d be happy to discuss with you some of the thing that have worked for me, and some of the things I found to be useless. Give me a call! Hi Louise, I’m sorry to hear you feel stressed over this and it is hard being an empath. Most psychics are empaths so we can relate to what you are going through. There are many ways, not just to remove energy, but to keep yourself protected every day. A one we use regularly is: close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Now imagine strong roots growing from the soles of your feet, deep down into the earth. Now visualise white light flowing from your Crown Chakra (just above your head) down to your root chakra (base of spine).

Now imagine a huge strong white bubble above your head, below your feet and all around you. Imagine negative energies bouncing off this field as you are safe inside it. You might also ask for Archangel Michael to help ward off negativity for you. Ask Archangel Michael to be with you now and to wrap his protective cloak around you to shield you from harm. Ask that He cut through cords that bind you that are holding you back. Ask him to gently cut away all negativity around you. Thank him for his loving protection.

You can also take sea salt baths to cleanse your aura along with some white sage incense.

Carry black tourmaline to help combat negative energy and keep you grounded.
