I got serious jaw surgery last Monday.. Both jaws and my chin. Can’t eat solids. Lost weight. I have no energy and I have places to be and work to do this week. Please pray for me if you don’t mind.

Make many delicious smoothies dear, dont starve yourself. Stay low on potassium because that will make you cleanse out and you need not to be losing sustenance at this time. Ginger is great for energy boost, also grinding up kale and spinach with apple and lemon can be surprisingly pleasing.

Drink coconut milk and grind up dark cherries for natural pain relief.
