I had jaw surgery on Monday.. I really like my surgeon.. I am sure he likes me too.

Before I went to the OR he visited me for a few minutes. He asked how my weekend was and I told him I pet sat.. Before he left he squeezed my hand and winked at me..

In the recovery area he stroked my face and patted my head..

He met my mom after surgery and spoke highly of me.. Said I was a wonderful woman and that I am cute. He can’t wait to see when I am fully healed..

I see him again next week. I am giving him a thank you card and gifts.. A cute glass that says Keep Calm and Trust the Surgeon.. Gum and yummy organic hard candies.. I also wrote how I want to get to know him in another setting when we are done working together..
