Hi my name is Ashleigh im a mum to a beautiful little boy who is 18months old right now in my life i feel lost so depressed inside that it become a normal feeling some days i feel the hurt and pain mor than other days i would say im numb I’ve gotten so use to feeling like this its just normal now ive a couple things i would like some guidance on so i can try and help myself to be happy. Im really poor as im a single mum withh not to much support my son’s dad is in jail would truly appreciate if someone could just help me out with some advice and guidance Thanks Ashleigh

There is light a the end of the tunnel, Now is the time for you to try and force yourself to move forward. Doing this you will allow the white light to flow through your home and yourself. You won’t have to force yourself for long soon as you decide that you want to make the change then the changes will start to happen within. Keep positive and set yourself a goal for this week. Then you will find the rest will come to you.

It would be a good idea to go to your doctor, for what you describe could be postpartum depression, and they can help so that it doesn’t stay with you for long :) but in the meantime I recommend St John Wort’s tea, it’s a very soothing and powerful tea for depression, ask the drugstore about it and the dose recommended in your case. Ashleigh I am truly sorry to hear of your situation. As another pointed out first reach for professional help with depression. it is truly a dreadful condition to have to face and you should not need to face it alone.
