Hi, 9/3/82 . How can i tell if i have psychic abilities or what i’m feeling is nothing?? I do feel im more empathic and i do preminitions through dreams mostly. Overwhelmed with feelings lately. Maybe it is just anxiety

It really depends. It could be some anxiety. I would try perhaps smudging yourself with a sage stick, take a salt bath and then see how you are feeling. If you don’t know how to smudge I can tell you.
