I know the man I’m with is a ver sweet kind person but I’m finding out he’s also has insecurities. Like me. We got into a huge fight last night, and we were both very upset. How can I go about helping him release those past feelings? I told him my past (some) thinking it would help him open up. it didn’t. I don’t need a psychic reading, just asking for someone to help me with the right words.

Hi, this can be frustrating just lost with your thoughts and not knowing the persons intentions or feelings. This man is CONFUSING me :((( now he wants to talk

All I want is to help him with his past and I want him to help me with mine. I care about him. All I know to do is open my heart more. He makes me want to tell him everything but opening my heart means for someone to see inside and that’s so scary to do.

Forgive me if that is blunt, but you are very open and loving to him and he can be rather distant at times, it is hurting your heart and leaving you confused.

He is hurt but he needs to release things on his own , however i do see things that can be done to coax him into being more open with you
