A few days ago I finally wrote a letter to my ex. It took two years for me to be in a space mentally to do just that, but I was very pleased that I did. The letter did not contain anything negative. And no I’m not expecting him to respond to the letter. I am at peace with that. I just knew within my heart I had to write that letter and press send. After sending that letter, I’ve been feeling this unexplain energy that feels light and refreshing.
