I had the strangest out of body experience last night. I was actually in space.I actually don’t know if it was a dream or an OBE but I got the signal that it was an OBE. I used to have them all of the time but now I think they’re becoming more frequent again. Is there more to this and is there a way to control it?

These spontaneous OBE’s are difficult to control. You should make certain that each and every night as you lie down in bed…to repeat to yourself, I will safely return to my physical body and my silver cord will not be severed. Its also always good to ask a spirit such as deceased uncle, aunt, good friend etc. to watch over your physical body if you have a spontaneous obe.
