If two different people with similar situations get a reading from an adviser and the two different clients get almost an identical reading with the exact same timeframes given for contact from a person and the relationship to be on track. Is that adviser just giving everyone the same timeframe in hopes that it might happen?

Ya, do advisors share chats or info on clients or have a standard transcript that they use? I am curious on this as well.
