I know the feeling of being isolated. Its sometimes a choice other times not. Thankfully in this day and age, if we just walk out side maybe to a place we love to sit and watch people, we tend to not feel that way so much. I don’t know your circumstances but movement always seems to be best when feeling depressed.

Try some yoga and meditation, focus your thoughts on the purity of your purpose. Finding peace first seems to put new light on what you are wanting to focus on.
