Louisiana or Virginia

Not really sure what to do; either be in Louisiana or go to Virginia. Virginia has always been my plan or goal/vision. Not really sure what to do. A part of me wants to be there,but not sure? Any advice? I start college this summer here in Louisiana. Not sure if this is where I need too be.
