Hello all! I hate this job that I have but I know that I am blessed to be working at all. Yet im wondering if anyone can see if a new job or opportunity will come for me soon? I really love the company that Im working for just not the position im in.

I see that you are a soulful person but you hold back when opportunities come almost in a shy, fear of success way.. and as a result you get passed over for promotions etc.

I advise you to allow yourself to gravitate towards a nurturing mentor at work and grow that relationship. This will lead to positive changes as long as you can handle being in control.

You are so Right Father Guidance. I was doing well when I started out and they had me training others within a few weeks of me bring here. I hated it. Well my stats ending up dropping and haven’t been doing too well and I’m not sure if that was maybe a subconcious move on my end or what the deal was but now I dont have to train anymore but now I have to play catch up due to my actions. I have a feeling once I get back up to where i was before they may try to push me into a leadership role, which I must admit I am terrified of.
