Chat suite problems

I’m having problems with the chat suite, It seems to hang saying that im connecting with a client but takes forever to get into chat mode to type. One client told me she couldn’t get through and sent an email to me. Also, the billing system is having issues with the client not being able to pay through paypal.

Same thing here.
