The last Mercury retrograde of 2025 is the most chaotic one yet. From November 9 to 29 Mercury’s apparent backspin will stir confusion miscommunication and emotional drama to levels that we may never have seen before.

Expect this in all realms of life the inner world outer world emotions politics friendships and love. This retrograde will rock your world. It will start retrograde in Sagittarius and then on November 19 my birthday it will spin back around into Scorpio. The first phase of retrograde in Sagittarius is going to make us blunt restless and intensely reactive. Keep your calm when you feel yourself about to bubble up and over remember you are under the influence of Mercury keep calm be strong and do not react.

As Mercury turns back into Scorpio emotions will heighten intuition deepens perhaps to the point of paranoia and over analysis. Do not lose yourself in this keep your ground. To survive the storm honesty and patience are your friends. Speak your truth clearly triple check your communication. Misunderstandings may flare but they also open space for healing.

This retrograde invites reflection and repair the past. It is a final chance to revisit the past make amends and emerge wiser for the year ahead.

Please note with the Scorpio aspect of this retrograde nostalgia for the past will be in the air. This week leading up to this retrograde I have already been seeing a peak in people from the past coming up for processing. Allow this time to be healing the emotions people and energies returning from the past are coming in to be processed and released in accordance with your highest good. You got this.

PLEASE NOTE! That there is a lead up period of about two weeks before and after retrograde where the energies start going wonky. So you might notice the typical retrograde symptoms all the way up until mid December.
