Dizziness, day dreaming, a spaced out feeling Palpitations, sweats, eye twitches weight gain, clumsiness static shocks, forgetfulness feeling sick often, noise and light sensitivity feelings of insecurity, stress falling asleep during the day hungry, but food doesn’t satisfy having a hard time staying asleep, waking during the night, being emotional and overactive lack of focus All are symptoms that you are not grounded. |

There are 100’s of ways to ground yourself, the best thing to do is google grounding, and find a way that suits you, I will write a post on grounding, when I have time. |
