hi i am leeasing out a business from previous owner. i have got 3 years leease and have got 1and half year left. the owner do not want to sell this business and i dont want to keep leeasing it. i want to buy my own business. it is a dairy store with good sales. the ownwer i svery dodgy . cant trust him . what am i do form here?
