I was seeing someone for a few months, and we ended a few weeks ago. When he ended, he did not do it in person and said some really awful things to me about myself, which I have started to internalize. I have no interest in seeing him again romantically, but am wondering whether this guy will ever be reaching out to apologize, or if I should just be leaving this in my past?

It sounds like what you need is closure in order to be able to heal. I do think there is a possibility that he will contact you again, but I think how you are growing and healing spiritually from this situation is important. There is always a chance he will contact you, but I can see that he has no intention of doing that at the moment. I doubt he will provide you the closure that you need. The way he broke up with you has do do with his own problems. You must know that. If you need me to help you move on and heal contact me.
