Will my soulmate come back into my life. We have known each other for 14 yrs, 11 of those in a transatlantic relationship. We were both anxious about making a commitment and he has now become involved with someone else.

Just becuase he become involved with someone else does not mean he can be mean of your soulmates in life but I feel you are confusing soulmate with romantic – not the same thing.
