There are certainly things you can do to ease the feeling of control you may have from another.

The thing is: there is a difference between someone asking if they can stop their boss or if they are a kid, their parents from “controlling” them, and an adult asking if they can do some sort of “work” to unbind themselves from this other persons energy.

Certainly, a boss has a certain amount of control in telling one how to perform their job, while a kid is going to be under the control of their parents until they are an adult and have their own place.

But, yes, there are “spells” and such that you can do to rid yourself of this feeling of being under someone else’s control.
