My boyfriend and I have been together 3 years. We have a child together. He says he wants to marry me. Does he really mean it? Will it happen?

The overall feeling I’m getting is that he has confidence in this relationship and does indeed want to take the next step with you. You have all of your bases covered and he’s ready to commit for better or worse. I’m confident that it would happen soon if you get to planning.
