Back to Ask a Psychic!

Last night I experienced something I never have before.. I was asleep in my bed but I felt my soul idk if it was or not leave my body and wonder off but I believe I got scared feeling this that it returned back and I opened my eyes and stood up. Has anyone experienced that before? Idk if I’m saying it right but it was really weird.

I remember a few years back I was asleep and I was laying face up and it felt like my body was going to leave my soul and I got up real quick. That’s why I don’t lay on my back facing up anymore. I lay on my side or my stomach.
