Hi, I am having issues with two very conniving work colleagues who have hidden agendas. They are both very dangerous with regards to lies and false accusations. The thing is I have the tendency to think everyone has good intentions and when they don’t it affects me either emotionally or I want to defend myself. I can be quite naïve and when they create drama and issues, I’m unaware until its too late. Will the insinuated threats come about and will they succeed in their vendetta as I am not losing my job for a pair of vindictive liars.

I know this is really difficult for you, but understand even though they are toxic people there negative energy usually ends up backfire on them more than you by their actions and words. Choose not to react or respond to them and understand the truth always comes to light. I feel for you I’ve just gone thru the worst of what you are going thru….don’t react….wait until they are caught in the act or unless you have witnesses willing to go to court and sue for defamation….mine was ruined like that and unfortunately they didn’t just go after me in work but personal as well…I feel for you…and it is so hard…please talk to someone close to you about this someone not at work but someone very close to you that you trust or start documenting everything if can with a fair work service or hr or a lawyer….just don’t react at all just pretend it doesn’t bother you ….I had to react to mine as they were stealing and was caught in catch 22 that if I don’t report it I’m in trouble for it and mine lied and accused me of it. Still waiting on truth to be exposed after a year now and will be suing once get cleared.
