Now a days lots of different foods are anywhere such as cakes, burgers, soft drinks, and many more. We, people all over the world really love eating from time to time. Do you agree? Well eating food is a hobbit but do we know what we eat? Do you care what you put in your stomach or you just care for the good taste? Do you care if it is good or bad for your health? Well let me tell this to you, healthcare is very important, you need to think of it before it’s too late. Eating those foods that you like is not bad if you just eat a little piece and don’t overdo. Taking good care of your self is the first you need to learn because it’s all about you, it’s all about your life and it’s all about your lifestyle. You are the one who control your life so choose wise. Life is very important and if you love yourself learn to take good care of it. Learn to value it. Put health care in your own hands, you are the one who benefited by it. No one wants to get sick or get hurt and if you are sick don’t lose hope. Here are some advices from me to earn a healthy living and to bring back your healthy life. Live with God, have faith in him. Everything you do put God on it. Ask for His guidance and help because He will never ever let you do it alone. Have a daily and weekly routine. In daily, brush your teeth twice or thrice a day if you can. Take a bath at least once a day. Maintain the cleanliness of your surroundings to avoid diseases and viruses. Have a meditation every morning and before you sleep at least 10 to 15 minutes. Eat healthy food such us vegies and fruits instead of eating junk foods and non- nutritious foods, especially don’t forget to avoid fats and cholesterol. Drink Lots of water instead of soft drinks. Every time you eat ask for the God’s blessings and be thankful for everything you have. Sleep tight it is also a way of relaxation for you And in weekly try to have an exercise at least twice or thrice a week if you can but if you are too busy you can do it once a week. Give yourself a break once a month, get relax and forget every problem you have. Try to go to the doctor once a moth or every other month to have a checkup. If you are smoker, quit it. Push back all stresses you have. Prioritize yourself. Be aware of everything. Try to remember this know when to stop, know when it’s too much. You know what I mean right. Take care of your body and your mind this will help you earn a healthy living. Fill your days and whole life with smile, fun, joy and happiness. You have to be active in taking care of yourself.
