I would like a refund please. At first I thought maybe there was a glitch in the system but after 45 min of no refund and not being to get a read. I emailed her 3 times that I was not refunded and the way the new bitwine is set up you can't even type after 3min. I paid $10 for 22min and I didn't even get 5min

paid $30 n she cut me off after 15 min, said she had to go to dinner and asked me to come back next day for a 'free' reading. She said that if I left great review that I'd get 'more minutes' in my free reading. I tried to claim my 'free reading' n as soon as she figured out who I was, she disconnected. I tried several times to chat again n she wouldnt accept invite n finally became 'unavailable.' She needs to refund my money. She said she makes over $4000 a month due to men treating women wrong in relationships. Worst experience ever!
