I would recommend that you and your partner go to a fertility specialist and have a series of tests done to rule out anything medical. Your doctor can refer you. The tests include sperm count to make sure he is producing well and your egg production and compatibility. On a specialist can do these tests and once done will discuss options with you like surrogacy and ivf. Don’t give up just yet as you need to exhaust everything available to you first. You could see a naturopath if the medical side checks.
