So my name is steven woodell. I was gold i was getting a promotion but i think its just a better job which actually if is. I set up an interview for tuesday. Is it possible to interpret a promotion as just a better job even if its not in the same company

I think a better job could certainly be seen as a promotion. A promotion is usually seen as a better job at the same company but really the term promotion means a position that is better for you. I don’t see any reason why it would have to be at the same company.
