What is the warm sensation in my chest that I feel? It’s like heat waves and a certain person pops into my mind. Does that mean that person is thinking about me or does it mean that person will contact me soon?

I’ve had that happen but it was a spirit (e.g., the parent of the person I was thinking about) who was causing the sensation. What also came with the warmth in chest was a message and it was so compelling I had to call the person up to deliver the message.

Why not call up the person and admit you’ve been thinking about them? What’s the WORST that could happen (except you get told to go away).
