When you find an advisor you'd like to chat with, simply click on the "Chat" button to start a conversation. If the advisor isn't online, you leave a request to be notified when they become available, or leave them a message.

At the beginning of the conversation, you'll receive 3 free minutes, then you'll be prompted to add credit in order to continue. During the introductory time you and the advisor should agree on the per-minute rate or fixed-price amount to be charged.

When prompted, select the amount of credit to add, confirm, then sign into your PayPal account. Note that adding credit is still not a charge - you are simply authorizing a maximum amount that may be charged. The actual charge will only be deducted from your PayPal account at the end of the conversation, based on the actual time consumed (for per-minute rates). Any leftover credit at the end of the conversation will automatically be cancelled.

All sessions you conduct with your advisors are completely private and confidential, just as if you were sitting in their office. Moreover, if you chose to, you may maintain your anonymity and refrain from revealing your real name.

All payments using PayPal are secure and do not require you to share any of your credit card or bank account information with the Online Psychic Network or with your Advisor. All transactions are done directly with PayPal, the safest way to pay online.

Be aware you should not give out any contact information or payment information to your advisor (email address, credit card number, bank account number, etc). If your advisor asks you to do so, please report to us.

Each professional advisor on the network sets their own per-minute rate (usually between $0.50 to $3.00 per minute).

In order to pay your advisor you will need to have a PayPal account. PayPal, owned by eBay, is the world's largest online payments system, accepted in 103 countries and regions. PayPal allows you to send payments by credit card, bank account, or PayPal balance. If you do not already have a PayPal account, the system will offer you to open one (free).

You will begin paying for a session only after you are confident that the advisor you have chosen is capable of helping you. You can utilize our free chat and voice/video introductory session with the advisor to gain the level of confidence you need before deciding to pay for their services.

After you agree, you will be charged according to the per-minute rate of the advisor you have chosen. You can end the conversation at any moment, and be charged only for the time already spent. If you are unhappy with the service, you may ask the advisor for a refund (while still on the call). However, advisors are not obligated to provide refunds.

The transaction of the funds from your PayPal account to the advisor's PayPal account will be initiated shortly after the end of the call.

Notes:

1. After the introductory period is over you will be asked to authorize payment for that session. The amount you put is a limit on your spending. The actual amount you will be paying will be determined by the length of the session, and will not exceed the amount you have authorized.. You can authorize more money later if you choose to extend the length of your call.
2. If at any time you are not satisfied with the service you are receiving, you can ask the advisor to pause charging, or you can simply disconnect the call and that will stop the charging immediately.
3. At all times you will be able to easily monitor the charging process through a meter that is displayed on your chat console.
4. Do not forget to end the the call when you are done to avoid paying for unused time.
