I hold a BS in Psychology and an MS in Vocational Education with a Secondary Teaching Endorsement from the University of Alaska Anchorage.

I served with the United States Armed Forces in the Enlisted and Officer Corps, and retired as a Major. I have advised government and military officials, educational administrators and teachers, non-profit organizational leaders, and private citizens on cultural diversity, education and training, strategic planning and leadership development.
